PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING WITHIN NIGERIA
- A standard delivery charge of ₦5,000 for 1-6kg, and ₦8,000 for 7-12kg. We use GIG Logistics and DHL for all our shipping within Nigeria.
- All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-3 days for our ready-to-wear collection, and STANDARD SHIPPING takes 3-5 business days. However, our custom-made-to-order sets are available within one month of order and take 3-5 working days to dispatch to our clients.
- To avoid any loss of orders, it is necessary to provide a signature before delivery. Once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. Therefore, we require signatures for all orders to prevent any potential losses as we will not be held responsible for any loss of orders due to an incorrect delivery address.
- Tracking numbers and links will be sent via email to customers upon shipping of items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Our shipments are sent using DHL for all international deliveries and prices are based on the weight and packaging of the items ordered. Note that boxed items are charged more.
